To receive your counseling with a Certified Consumer Credit Counselor, you can either submit your information through our secure, encrypted Online Counseling Application; or, your can print off, read and sign the Client Disclosures along with filling out the General Information Form (use the "Go Here" link below). Then send all forms to Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Coos-Curry, Inc. by fax, in person or by mail. You will also need to schedule an appointment time by calling (541) 267-7040 or (800) 248-7040.
